Huntington Beach’s late Sept. homes sales up 19%

For the 22 business days ending Sept. 26, DataQuick’s latest home buying stats show these trends:

  • City sales totaled 176 — up 19% from a year ago.
  • Only one ZIP code, 92649, is slightly down in sales from last year, 3%.
  • One ZIP code, 92647, had a higher sales gain than the county overall, 58% vs. 48%.
  • All ZIP codes showed a slide in median sales price, but none as much as the county’s overall, -26.5%.
