Or you can spend $4,955,126 for the whole kit and kaboodle, and wind up with a new 3-story house and dock.

The listing describes the latter offering as ”approved plans and 71′ and 66′ brand new concrete dock equaling 137′ for a Tuscan Style 5,200 square foot estate.”

Because the new house at 3292 Falkland Cir. is planned to have three stories, the buyer would have not only the harbor but also the ocean view, the agent notes.
