It can be charming, well-appointed or imposing. Whatever it is, it’s curb appeal, and it can go a long way toward selling a house.
Here’s the second installment of our curb appeal battle royale. 
We look at two homes for sale, close in size and price range, and give you a photo for each one. You pick the one that you think has more curb appeal.
In some cases, choosing might be tough. But there won’t be categories for “neither” or “both.”

Can I say neither one? They both look squashed onto their lot.
Both of these homes would benefit from having the landscaping trimmed and/or remove some. Overgrown plants are blocking view of house making them look small/crowded on the lot.
They look like condos. “Sardine homes by the sea”
“Which Surf City house ……” There is only one “Surf City” and that is Santa Cruz, California!!
