    • Christine says:

      I will buy one for a buck….

    • NorthCounty says:

Why do you only report on real estate information regarding “Surf City”? Do I have some kind of filter on my e-news delivery or something or is Surf City the only OC area in trouble lately?

    • Marilyn Kalfus, real estate reporter says:

Larry, we are expanding our real estate coverage and Huntington Beach is one of the cities we are taking a closer look at. For some context, one study shows that most distressed properties in Orange County — foreclosures and short sales — are in Santa Ana, Anaheim, Garden Grove, Foothill Ranch, Lake Forest, Rancho Santa Margarita and Buena Park. The fewest are in Corona del Mar, Laguna Woods, Seal Beach, Newport Coast and Laguna Beach. So Huntington Beach is in the middle of all that.

I offer a buck and two doe’s. Ohh… sounds like a bidding war.

    • FreedomCM says:

      Sue,

An auction takes place at that time/location. You need cash (cashiers checks, actually).

    • Rob says:

1412 Orange St. Huntington Beach, a condo is in foreclosure.
Auction date is Jan 12, 2009 at 10 am

    • Rob says:

No pets, dogs or cats are allowed per CC&R with most condos. So if you have a dog or cat, don’t bid on these properties. Make sure you check the CC&R
