Huntington Beach is one of the top 10 cities in Orange County for listing-price reductions, according to a Redfin study, and four Surf City neighborhoods dominate Redfin’s new top 10 list of Orange County neighborhoods with the most listing-price reductions in the past three months.

“If you’re looking for sellers that might be more willing to negotiate a lower price, these would be the places to look,” Redfin says.

Can someone tell me where “Old Town” Huntington Beach is?

And Harbour with s “u”, that always cracks me up @:-)

Ya, “Old Town”? Thats New. Not much left of the old. The City doesn’t understand or seem to care about the historic icons of the city. If you look at the old pics of HB there use to be a lot of very nice old buildings. None to be found now. Good new anyways on the price reuction in the city. Its time prices come back to normal levels.
