$3.8 million Surf City house for rent for $9K

Lusting after some luxury that you can’t afford to buy?

Relax, you can rent that manse.

This house is on the market for $3,895,000. But whoever signs the lease only needs to come up with $9,000 a month.

The 5-bedroom Tuscan-style house in Huntington Harbour sits on a main channel with “extraordinary views,” and has a big living room with a fireplace and a gourmet kitchen with “every amenity,” the listing says.

It adds that the home, at 17001 Bolero Lane, has “a handsome palette of honed and tumbled marbles.”

Plus, there’s a spot for your (leased?) boat, up to 58 feet.
