Surf City open house preview: Price slashed by $1 million

With the holidays a memory, there’s already a longer open house preview list for this weekend, including two homes priced at more than $2 million. The asking price on the one on Shetland Circle in Edwards Hill, pictured above, has dropped more than $1 million since October, from $3,995,000 to $2,900,000. Click on the links for open house days and hours.
