@ Marilyn Kalfus,
I am curious as to finding out the price a home sold for at auction that you posted about here:
http://huntingtonhomes.freedomblogging.com/2009/02/05/these-surf-city-homes-are-about-to-be-foreclosured-25/17818/falkland-2/
Is there a way to find out the final price it sold for?
Thanks.
It appears that has been postponed.
Thank you for your reply.
Is that what “sold to beneficiary” means?
Priority has another house with the same auction number that has been postponed, but the one on falkland states it was “sold to beneficiary”.
I believe that in general, “sold to beneficiary” shows the property reverted to a bank or lender. When I looked up that address, though, I did not see that designation, but it is possible the Web site I looked on didn’t have the information yet.
Okay, thanks. This property has just really peaked my interest, but I was not able to go to the auction.
When your site gets updated, will it list the sold price?
I looked at the priority postings site with the ts number 08-10231

thanks again.
