A homeowner who is defying the city in a squabble over a wall has some experience with putting up a fight. Dominic Menaldi, owner of a home that looks like a medieval castle, once wrestled a live bear.
Menaldi’s battle with the bear, an 801-pound Grizzly named Dakota, took place a few years ago at the Hollywood Park Casino.
Do you remember that story? The poor bear was so terrified, someone had to play opera music and get it 30 pounds of raw chicken to calm it down. Once in the ring, the bear kept knocking Menaldi to his knees, but the bodybuilder bounced back.
That fight was a draw.
Now Menaldi is wrangling with city officials over a wall outside his “castle,’ along Magnolia Street at Bermuda Drive. He didn’t like the city’s light-colored cinder blocks and has covered the wall over with stucco and paint. And some animal heads and crests.
Of course, as is so often the case, one person’s ”improvement” is another’s abomination. The city wants the wall restored. They’ve threatened to charge Menaldi with a misdemeanor, tear up the wall and bill him. He seems unfazed.

It looks nice they should be happy people care about their homes.
The wall looks better than the what the City offers.
Why is the government so afraid of individuality and creativity?
Get a life city.
Leave the guy alone! Can’t we have anything unique in Huntington Beach.
Marilyn,
Thanks for covering this unusual home. This guy could host an awesome Halloween party!! Did he say anything about his inspiration for building the castle?
LIAR LOAN .YOU INVITED THE SAT BEFORE HALLOWEEN COME AS YOU ARE NT.AT DARK..HALLOWEEN MANSION ON HALLOWEEN .EVEN THE CITY PEOPLE CAN COME EVERY ONES ALWAYS WELCOME.
Typical HB public works dept. They hate the residents and will do anything to work against them. They basically think they are above all the little people. They have a committee call the Huntington Beach Beautification Committee. It used to be chaired by this Don Hansen jerk. He is the rink leader of elitism. They just do everything they can in public works and this committee to war against residents that do not follow the rules to the red letter. Even if those rules are not explicitly written down. There are tons of people in HB that have problems with the trees not getting trimmed in front of their houses. When they try to trim them - the city rips them out and sends a bill for 3K to the resident.
I vote in favor of keeping his wall on grounds that it’s just too awesome!
I think that as long as it’s not offensive, an eye sore, and the homeowner maintains it himself, and HIS neighbors don’t mind, let him keep it. There is one wall the city won’t have to maintain from graffiti or weathering. The homeowner will. But I think he should have asked and submitted plans first and gotten the neighbors to sign an agreement on it. But it looks good and saves the city money, why worry?
My Gaaad!!
Since he was allowed to built the castle-house as is it is only proper to have a coordinated wall.
Think how dopey a wall would look being flat and some blah beige color like they used in the 70’s, Yuk!
hey it’s a landmark by now……..
Wrestle him for it??
The wall looks good. HB blows.
I think they should leave this person alone. He takes interest in his individuality and certainly keeps it up and looking nice!!
God bless America, I hope this guy sues the city for enought money to construct a wall just like it to wall off City Hall from the rest of us.
Sounds like the city is doing something just to say they are doing something so they don’t lose their jobs. I say the money can be better spent than harassing someone over the color of a wall. It’s not like he painted graffiti all over it. Fire the morons and use the money to keep teachers in the schools.
I live in Fountain Valley, but I frequently pass by the home on the way home from the beach.
I think the castle home looks cool, I think the HB should back-off. …it’s not Irvine after-all!
I support him!!
The city must be acting upon citizen’s complaints, because who the heck would want this torn down? It looks better than those ugly pink cinder-block walls that are so common.
Let the issue drop.
Am I missing something here? Why is every comment posted here in favor of this renegade resident? If he did not like the color of the wall then why did he move into the house? Is HB really stifling this individual’s creativity? Have you seen the friggin’ house?! Not much is stifled there. Next he’s going to change the sidewalk into a moat. Hey, it’s creative we’d better not interfere.
2 issues are why you are confused, Mr. Confused… First, he prolly got a hell of a deal on the property & 2nd a moat would prolly keep the Mormons away!
That house is a joke. And what’s up with the token palm trees??? Classic example of more money than taste and decorating the wall is taking it to far.
YO HG V D DUDE .WHATS ITCHING YOU.your in cali its the west coast castle bro .what do you need v d walls to match your itch.i scratch every time i scroll down to the waves n pass all those narly walls, with are southern bros writting in spanlish all over. so chill out n go fix something…
Confused—You are definitely in the minority on this board. It looks good, matches his house, and as someone else said,we don’t want to end up looking like Irvine(UGH!)
With the crime and ghettos in HB, you would think that the city has other issues to tackle. Let him have his castle. I have a home in HB and Irvine. Both are obviously different in regards to compliance, but one learns to appreciate both for different reasons.
The wall can stay ,even though it looks horific, but the animal busts are a hazard within the public rigt of way. An easy ( and in-expensive ) compromise if you ask me.
Gregor; The animal busts are 7 feet above the sidewalk. WHEN’S THE LAST TIME YOU SAW A BASKETBALL PLAYER WALK TO THE BEACH?
This house is the architectural equivalent of a butt tattoo. If the homeowner wants to improve a city he should have picked Watts.
He should sue the city, sue the planning commision, sue people personally, just tie up the courts and these people’s times with lawsuits and then they will leave you alone. His house looks uber sweet and the wall matches!
Confused and Richard seem to be from the HB city or someone who personally has something against this dude. The only rule should be you have to maintain your property and not bother or impede your neighbors.
People with far too little time or have nothing better to do are the people like Confused and Richard, why don’t you focus on your own homes? These are the kinds of people who wants cookie cutter houses and McMansions on every corner.
mensarino - It doesn’t matter if the wall looks good or not. That is merely an opinion - shared by some and not by others. You can see that I did not offer my opinion on how it looks. That is not my point. My argument is that the city should have control over the wall. I don’t see the fascist undertones that everyone else seems to fear about having the city determine how the wall should look. If a car hits it and it crumbles who is responsible for rebuilding it? If the city has any responsibility for the wall then they can govern it.
Ms. Confused; YOU STILL SEEM TO BE CONFUSED!! I ,like you, want the city to determine how many pot holes we gotta drive over, not about the color of a fence…You prolly love those cement blocks in pink because they match your pink panties.??
I live in the area and this place is simply ridiculous. What you don’t see in the picture are the satellites in teh backyard that look like this guy’s connecting to the mothership and a massive, elevated statue of a grizzly bear.
I guess I can meet the other commenters halfway though and say he can keep the wall if he replaces his cheap, entry-level vinyl garage door with a drawbridge that decends over a koi pond.
you guys are awsome.come to my halloween party.people of h b have good hearts and i love my nieghbers.i dominic took 7 years of my time and all my money to build this home .i just did nt like stucco or box houses.as a kid i worked construction for a german builder who won all these awards for making homes that just were unreal in ohiol.i tried my best and love the city of huntington beach.the city people are good people just they read reports instead of people.my wall was weather worn with a combo of cracks diffrent blocks scratched out graffiti n oil residue from a march 17 2004 oil spill at the ascon land fill accross the street.the city has public nuisance laws that if you kept the front of your home in that condition you would get cited but who watches the city when they break thier own laws.if they dont have the money to repair these walls why should they get upset if you spend your own money to fix them.especialy if thier unkept wall takes away from the value of your home.drive down any street and you see dozens of diffrent walls with all kinds of colors wood tops plastic, tree groth, holes ,missing blocks.i believe they should focas on the broken ones instead of the fixed ones.thier promblem is they dont like art.the crest in middle is from the marine core and the bells stand for freedom.the lion shields for americas strength.im corny but i love america thats why my house has all the american flags on it.god bless america thank you dominic menaldi
As far as I’m concerned, the guy can do whatever he wants to his house within the law, no matter how God awful this particular house is. I guess I’m in the minority, but it’s freakin’ hideous.
I do wish him luck against the city though. I guess I’m rootin’ for the underdog.
greg have you ever actually saw that house your jealos or blind.i was thier i never saw a house with more detail.first class.i like to see where you live.small people make small comments.that house is off the hook.if others tried half as hard h b would be beverly hills with a beach.
Please note that the Ascon Dump is right across the street and the City has done nothing other than hold meetings for the past 40 years..
Instead of harassing the homeowner, why don’t they make a real commitment have the Ascon Site by cleaning it up.
I forgot, the homeowner did not provide any campaign monies to City Councilmember’s or a “free lunch.” Homeowner is not a “favorite ” developer or builder.
My mistake as I thought all men were created equal.
Milt Dardis
In response to normancay - McMansions are what I am trying to discourage. The very definition of a McMansion is a house that doesn’t look good with the rest of the neighborhood because there is too much going on in volume and architecture for the size of the lot.
I don’t live in HB. My home is 20 miles from this house. And that’s not far enough.
unbelievable…here you have someone who spent his time and money to create uniqueness by creating a theme that matches his house on a wall that is bordering his property..I guess the idiot residents have their opinions, but I would invite this type of creativity in my hoood! well, perhaps the local thugs and punks will assist the city and paint the wall back to original tone and then add their own little “bit of america”..I bet the city would then expect this guy to clean up that mess…….wtf is this country and state coming too!…
To the owner, keep the good fight!
It is time for HB to admit that in this instance, the wall is improved. As Dominic says, there are plenty of folks who have done horrific modifications to walls around their homes that the City has done nothing about. Let the wall stay.
I bet this wall is actually on your property stand up and fight for your rights buddy
This house screams Look at Me Look at Me which is obviously what the owner is all about. To whoever admires the ‘attention to detail’ where have you seen a castle with white vinyl windows and garage door, not to mention the white gravel “lawn” out front, like Medievel Times on crack. The city should cut their losses and just have him sign and agreement that he and whomever else might own that house is forever responsible for the wall, thereby ending this whole mountain out of a molehill scenario.
they shouldn’t have let him build that atrocity in the first place. Now that they have the wall might as well match. It looks a little less stupid.
actually I suppose I would miss it if it was gone. I’ve driven MANY a non-local friend by just so we could laugh at it. and sometimes my bf and I drive by anyway just for a laugh.
I’d probably be PISSED if it was in my neighborhood dragging my value down but since it isn’t, what the heck, let the guy paint his wall.
talyass. When is your “BF” gonna build you a custom home @ the beach? By-the-way You’ll note that the 92646 zipcode RE values INCREASED 15% recently. Enjoy that dream house in Compton!
miss talyssa .drag the property down you think a track home drives the property up.that house makes the nieghbor hood.thiers people all day long taking photos trying to look over the wall.your a tool.go back to your track home in garden grove n complain about your garbage delivery.this poor guy fights for us all .when the goverment gets involed in your life they make every thing worse. the hb surfers love his house.i wish every one built a house like that to drag our properity down.
I love this house. Live the American dream! Saw it for the first time a few weeks ago. Well maintained. I will write the city for this house. Id love to see the rest of the house. Keep up the wall. It’s not damaged and there is no grafiti. Why fix something that isn’t broken!! Keep on keeping on!
if the city has nothing to do but harrass people doing good things.they should really should stop collecting a pay check.this is why citys state and the goverment is in debt.keep your eye on the ball.why are they wasting time on someone fixing these old prison walls.do they need the inmates to stay in thier control.wish they would live n let live.
we dont need nothing accept pink block or puke grey block.or h b wont be known as cinder block city.what will happend if every one starts repairing these walls.they make us pay more in taxes.i like having walls like t j.but what do i know im just a talking horse
in the future if we let human beings be free to do what ever they want then the new world order will be broken.we have to CONTROL them now.every home should be the same beige just like downtown h b.if people keep free thinking the goverment wont have CONTROL .so crush the resisters now before others will think thier allowed to think on thier own.
im confused the city is p off, over someone fixing something.i know california is light in the loafers but are you people crazy.even tippy toed fruit cakes got to have some common sence.in n y they created something to stop this b s.its called a RIOT.works every time gets good press coverage.sure half the city gets deystroyed it provides jobs on the rebuilding.try it you ll like it.
I think everyone is missing the point. If the city allows one person to use the wall as their own personal canvass then every wall in H.B. is open for people to use as they like. With all the walls in the city could you imagine what that would look like? Just imagine for a moment…lions on one wall, purple on another wall, flowers on another wall. Rules are put in place so that exocentric individuals can’t just do as they please. I have lived the adjacent track for 30 years and as far as I’m concerned he might as well get a spray can a put graffiti on the wall. On his property we have to allow him to do what he wants but the outside of the wall belongs to the residents of HB.
DIMWIT DOUG; Do you have any folks around your tract with the ever-so-popular fence toppers in ,say, plywood with matching pink paint ? I bet you like those pink cement blocks because the color matches your panties!
you really dont pay attention do you. when i read a blog written by a TARD.have you look at the walls they are all diffrent thiers pink plywood thiers mesh lattice in all colors .WAKE UP DRIVE AROUND THIS HOUSE THIER GOING AFTER IS THE NICEST WALL IN THE WHOLE CITY.HE SHOULD GET A AWARD FOR CARING IN A CITY THAT DOSE NOT…

Yes, I’ve seen this house, many times in fact. Jealous, not a chance. In my opinion, this house looks way over the top. I never doubted his attention to detail or pashion for what he’s done but it does nothing for me.
Doug brings up a good point by the way and I happen to agree with him.
greg in oc is your real name. what are you saying.this house dose nothing for you why.what would that anser be.oh yea all you do is complain.have you ever built something and better yet have thousands of people take notice.im glad thiers a vegas and new york with people not listening to thier ASSociation to tell them what inspires them.the greatest part of are country was built by dreamers ,even if thier dream is your nightmare.when people like greg in oc get thier way ,we will all live in a cubicle
You can’t say that this home isn’t over the top. Generally, it is in bad taste. He is trying to sell it for several million dollars too. Very tacky, all the way around. Any other city would have had him at the early planning stages, not at the very end when he is already to dispose of this disaster. Just look at some of the catastrophes that the city allowed to be built, and you can see why people jump on the planning department first.
IWPS you look over the top with that bow tie & your grandmother on your arm!
whats funny is one reader says the house is bringing the values down, then the next says he selling it for millions of dollars, like selling your own property is a crime.and a home selling for millions brings the property down..this is a easy fix to see if he bringing the property down see if the people would trade homes,i drove the nieghbor hood many of times i would rather have the castle then the next two houses combined.thiers one green house that looked good on that street and other just finished home 5 doors down that compete besides that the nieghbor hood is average.the beach makes it nice.the power plant next door is what brings down the properity values.why dont they take down those ugly oil tanks they have not used them in 27 years, thats what hurts that area.
dont throw stones in a class house.last entry after friend called and saw these comments.im trying to sell my house.NOT THAT I KNOW OF…but for serveral million dollars in a 700k nieghbor hood bring a check.who would nt do that.i agree that people should nt do what ever they want.but when the city will not repair walls built 40 years ago that make us look like a disaster area.have some pride i could only take so much(THE ASCON DUMP HAS MILES OF BARB WIRE FENCE AROUND IT WHY DOSE NT THAT BOTHER THE CITY OR YOU).and by the way i had permission after meeting with the city d. a. plus all these others.i wanted to use stone they wanted stucco if you did nt notice thiers no stucco on the inside any where.if you think that was easy try it.it took 7 years to put all that stone up.i could of done stucco in one day.any ones welcome at my house .i know im not perfect trust me my fiance lets know with minute by minute reports. if this was a big stucco house we would nt have this conversation.but get creative n here come the pitch forks to go get frankinstien. has any one here drove through newport.those house are awsome,.not every home should stay as was in 1964.the house i tore down was made so cheaply thay had 1 x 4 boards on the roof with staples holding shake wood.the wood was 50%gone eaten by termites.like all the houses not remodeld.my roof is steel with a solar panels.the big dishes in the back yard are also solar.i did nt plan a castle i just dont like stucco. when putting the stone on, i felt like forest gump went this far might as well keep going. thanks DOMINIC
The City of HB needs to get control of itself. The leadership at the top, the City Council, has collectively not done a good job because they have not created a working environment that allows the different departments within the City to work together for one common goal. Instead, the planning department has an agenda of creating a panacia of nuevo design criteria that creates a huge cost burden on the property owner. The folks in the building department are probably the most squared up department in the City. All they need to do is plan check to the building code. Oh, that’s why. They have direction and very little latitude to vary off course. The code is the code. The public works department is the worse because they are completely fragmented between the plan checkers and the inspectors. The inspectors know what they are doing but those plan checkers dream up new policies and criteria almost every day.
The bottom line is this.
This house certainly is different and it stands out because of it unusual design architecture. The planning department could have forced changes at the design stage but chose not to do so. The wall in question is likely on the the private property but the City uses the sidewalk as a public right of way. That wall has been in that same location since i move to town in 1972. The City is traveling down another one of their misguided pathes and should not. If someone is injured by one of the architechtural features on the wall they will sue the City and the property owner. Does thay suprise anyone? The City will then counter sue the property owner.
Scenarios like this one permeate throughout the City. The City Council should be aware of it and should do something about it like “Simply do the job that you were elected to do or resign and let someone else who is willing to put in the effort get this City on the right track.”
Personally I think the house is very cool. Screw the neighbors, this is AMERICA and this man hand crafted this work of art. This is a real mans dream to build his castle with his own hands. I would love a tour.
There are plenty of cinder block walls surrounding HB tracts in dire need of repair; there are streets that don’t drain properly after the slightest rain due to overgrown trees, and sidewalks that are lifted and dangerous to pedestrians. I can think of so many actual problems that are in need of being addressed by this city’s government . Spend our tax dollars where they are needed, and leave this homeowner alone!
dose any one know what city official actually has control over this issue.they should be put on leave.like leave the city and go waste some other citys money.we should let any one who wished to fix any wall next to thier property do so with a free permit as long as it looks nice and has no nudity or political writtings on it.it should be a tax deduction.never noticed before but driving around .the walls are in bad condition.and this house had one of the cleanest n well kept walls in the city.the house looks like it belongs in a scarry movie ,the work it took to do that is just hard to believe . city back off
NUDITY?? Ever see the bronze surfer statue @ the HB pier?
Jeez…Now I know why I live in an association…To protect my home value! While I realize not everyone has the same tastes…Can you imagine trying to sell your home if you were living next to freakin’ Medevil Times?…Yikes! I think he could have toned down the color a bit to make the city’s ugly cinderblock a little more appealing. I would love to know how this guy makes his money to be able to blow it this way! Anyone?
He prolly makes his money by NOT spending it on association dues
surfcity sea hag .you belong in a ASSociation.where the man can control you.and do you think a 6000 sq foot custom home brings down your properity value, you get tool of the year.a track home built 44 years ago with shake wood or a new custom home with solar n a rad layout. plus this IS about oppresion of some desk nerds trying to get a better desk nerd job by picking on one dude who built a way cool pad.HE OBVISOUSLY MAKES MORE MONEY THAN YOU IF HE DID NT HE BE WHINING ABOUT YOUR CASTLE…GO CASTLE DUDE…
My house backs Springdale, I went through this same battle with the City. I moved here in 2001, the wall was like 5 feet tall in some areas, people walking by could easily see into my backyard. The wall was falling apart. I called Public Works and a guy came out and patched it up. I asked him about making the wall taller and he told me to just do it on the weekend which I did. Then, the City told me I had to take it back down to where it was, I informed them that there employee told me to do it, with no proof, they forced me to take it down. A complete waste of money. As I drove around the City, I noticed hundreds of walls that had been built up which really started to annoy me. I started doing some homework about these walls, some of my neighbors that have been here since these homes were built, told me that Springdale used to be a two lane dirt road when the walls were built, at some point after that, the City approved the pavement of the roads and the expansion to 4 lanes. This would bring 4 times as much traffic, noise, roadtar (dust) and crime. Did they re-do the walls to protect the Home Owners (since they are THERE walls), NO. They just left them alone. Very dangerous, hollow, no rebar, crumbling walls that are wavey and falling apart. Then one day I saw that one of the walls in the City had been hit by a car and the top part had fallen down, the Home Owner called Public Works to fix and the next day, there was the same guy that told me to build mine up on the weekend, fixing the wall, bringing it back to the 8 foot level that the Home Owner had built it up to himself. I was really mad now. I went to complain to the City, a few days later I noticed that the City had painted the wall to hide the fresh grout (UNREAL)!. I was going to fight this to the end, like the gentleman is doing in this story but, in the end I realized that there was no use in spending any money or time to fight it. I knew that, if the City is not going to have a small amount of class and style and find a way to make it right, I would have to protect myself and my family. I hired a structual engineeer who designed an awsome wall with a solid rebar cage, every cell filled solid with cemet and a split face exterior. It has cut down the noise, dust and road debris. About a year ago, a car hit the wall going pretty fast, instead of having that car smash the crumbling 60 year old hollow ugly wall, travel through my back yard and into my living room sliding glass doors, the wall stopped the car and may have saved lives. The whole thing costed me about $14,000 but I sleep much better at night. Although there are some people at the City that break there own rules, there are some that do things right. If you build up your own wall without building up the structure (adding a bunch or wieght to it), it could fall easily during a small earthquake and people could get hurt. I just want the City to pay for the new structure since it is THERE wall!
It really does look ridiculous. I cruise by it all the time and I can’t believe someone would spend that kind of money for a house like that on a lot that size. It would be fine where there was a lot more land to separate it from the other houses, but that is not the case. The issue with the city spending the money to fight this is a moot point as well. The cost to them is insignificant compared to what they would face in lawsuits if: Every other idiot like this thought they could put any thing they wanted on a wall or if for some reason the construction was faulty and some one got hurt because of alterations. To me its the same as the people in Newport who have slowly built on “public” land at the beach. Slowly they take away from you and me and expect to get away with it.
For “Castle Guy”: Just out of curiosity, how much “property” do you have in that backyard? I have
pandora not much.i do wish i had land was a mistake .but a good one most people are positive.i guess the gargoyle are for fun .no evil intentions.thiers so many diffrent walls colors show me the city code that says what color they want and i ll show you 200 diffrent walls ,tops.thiers no groth suppose to be on the walls either.but i think that looks great when kept up.whats the goal to have more faded cinder block.the way they pick who gets prosecuted is amazing.DO YOU KNOW THE 1# CODE VIOLATERS WORK FOR THE CITY…half of them are in jail for robbing the rest of us.during my construction the inspectors told of how the good old boys use to just do the most illigal scams.thats why he quit the crooked city.CITY LOOK AT YOURSELF FIRST BEFORE THROWING STONES.go fix that ascon land fill do something that will actually help some one instead of trying to get attention for a silly issue that has no victum.
We call this house the “ugly house”. I feel so sorry for the neighbors since they have to look at it every day. We only have to see it when we drive by, and whenever we do, we always comment on how ugly it is. It is even more weird at Christmastime. It looks very dark and sinister. I am actually shocked that the owner got it by they city prior to construction! I am sure the owner has no consideration for anyone but himself that he would not consider how it would affect his neighbors. And the real estate people who say it has not affected property values in the neighborhood are lying. Have they tried to sell any houses on that street?! I can only hope that one day someone will buy it and return it to its original look. Just knowing it is in my town makes me angry.
your town. when did you buy huntington beach.i sugest you use the 55 freeway back to hemet.you dont have to look old sea hag..you wish he put a 1500 square foot track home back. go pull the weeds in your teeth n shine your 85 honda up.i cant wait to wiener dog goes down so you lose your job…im sure your friends call you the ugly sea hag(if you had a friend)..but know one tells you to move because you make ugly betty look like miss california..your so angry join the d a office.YOUR JUST A LOSER WHO HAS NOTHING,DID NOTHING,AND IS NOTHING,THE ONLY THING OUT OF YOUR MOUTH 24-7 IS NEGATIVE ABOUT EVERYTHING..HOPE YOU DID NT REPRODUCE..LIKE TO THINK THAT SORT OF HATE ENDS WITH YOU.IN YOUR CASE SUICIDE IS O K…
thanks h b surfer, but i think we need to work on our people skills.rose has every right to believe any way she wants. and i invite her to come over.believe me worse has been said.the house is for fun.its 6000 sq feet is over built but so im i. i just dont think throwing gas on a fire. rose whats really bothering you its hard to beleve a home has any thing at all to do with your happiness.please come visit i never turned away any one..hey look at the good in your life and that comes through if you focus on the bad that comes thru also..cheer up at leaste we love christmas.even if you think its the nightmare before christmas. cheer up rose you’ll be alright..
on the days that i DO get to go to work, i pass by this house and have to say it’s not my taste at all — but then it’s not my house… as a 10 year resident of h.b. i have to say that this city’s got it’s priorities all wrong (don’t EVEN get me started on the 100+ trees they ripped out along newland). for pete’s sake, this is america, leave the guy alone already! all we have in o.c. are variations on the same boring theme (except for the few “historic” properties here and there…) — so, more power to ya castle guy!
the 92646 zip code has values that are 300k less than 92648 zips. because downdown is where the city puts all the tax revenues.drive around the zip 92646 area all nasty filthy decaying walls.down town its all nice stucco walls.the people of 92646 are paying taxes to increase downtown values and are getting screwed.it dose not take that much to stucco n paint a wall and they been torn up for 20 years.in good time or bad they (the city)just dont care they focas on downtown only while other parts of the city people who pay get used.fire all the manegers and hire someone who can actually work.you can stucco n paint a 6 foot wall for 2$ a foot.city quit sitting on you asses and do something
you know the bear trainer randy miller won a oscar(for his work with lions n tigers) for gladitor one year after menaldi wrestled that bear of his..miller went from riches to rags back to super riches, hes the best known animal trainer in the world now…miller owns preditors in action…one of his bears acidently killed his cousin in a training incident, after making a movie jackie moon with will ferrel..sorry randy your a class act, miller spent millions saving the white tiger from extention.
