Here’s another Huntington Beach property that’s heading to a foreclosure auction as it sits on the MLS. The duplex at 7821 Talbert is being offered as a short sale, with $350,000 knocked off the asking price since it was listed in April. Its now $800,000.

One 4-bedroom unit was newly built in 2007; the other was rebuilt the same year, according to the listing.

The property, in the foreground of the photo above, sits on a 6,660-square-foot lot near a church. (You can see part of the church’s parking lot at the bottom of the photo.)

The listing  states, in all caps: “In every unit it feels like living in a million dollars [sic] home!” ’

And despite the short sale offer, or maybe because of it, it adds, “Just very strong offers … will be submitted …Sold as is.”
